Don has led the integration of supply chains during merger and acquisition activity to realize beneficial synergies. As the former owner of a DoD Purchasing and Estimating System, he maintained continual system approvals and an effective and collaborative relationship with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
